There seems to be a real push on for assistants to aspire to more.    Even the term 'assistant' is apparently uncool!   On the one hand, you're being told that you're more than 'just an assistant' and then seeing programs that promote you to aim to be more than just an assistant.   I don't know about you, but I'm confused.   In this solo episode I share my perspective on the realities of the assistant career.
