After discovering that the mayor of the town Barovia no longer lives, not only that it seems as though the letter sent in his likeness was all a trap orchestrated by Strahd Von Starovitch himself. With this shocking discovery our heroes begin to understand that everything is very far from what it appears to be. As this new information is brought to light Ismark also mentions his sister Irena is with him and safe only being bitten once, however wont be safe much longer as Strahd craves her attention and will do anything he can to gain it.
