Used my 5 step informational interview process as the secret sauce to A) clarify what she felt called to, B) find hidden job opportunities that aren't on LinkedIn, and C) gain a huge amount of leverage to land and negotiate the role and salary
Successfully negotiated her salary, EVEN THOUGH she initially got caught off guard and threw out a low-ball number - she was still able to save it and come back strong!!
