Listen "Kodkod - The Shyest Cat in The Americas"
Episode Synopsis
The kodkod is a forest ghost. It lives in the most limited area in the Americas, has the lowest genetic diversity of any known feline, and there are only a few thousand left in the wild. Few have heard of them, and even fewer have seen them. So we're going deep into the Chilean rainforest to find one of the most elusive animals in the world.
This episode wouldn't have been possible without the kind collaboration of dozens of kodkod lovers and conservationists in Chile.
