In this episode, i will be talking and sharing about my grieving process. We all grieve and mourn in different ways. Some take months, some years and some never fully heal from the pain. How you deal and heal from it, is yours. There are at least 5 stages & emotions associated with grief. Denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance. Feeling this way is natural and even necessary. These emotions are steps to your healing journey and there’s no order to them. But what’s important is that you feel whatever that you’re feeling and it is valid. Find ways to cope your day to day live while grieving. And seek professional help when necessary.
