Listen "It's Been a Long Time Ya'll! "
Episode Synopsis
It’s been a long time but the new season of Analog Girl Podcast is finally here. Join me weekly as I talk about my evolution during my anxiety & depression healing journey.
Trigger Warning: This episode contains conversations about suicide if you are sensitive to this subject you might want to skip it.
In today’s episode, I just wanted to catch yall up with where I have been and why I have been gone so long. I was deeply touched by the passing of fitness influencer Raven K. Jackson and the similarities we had in thoughts and emotions.
In a nutshell I'm chatting about:
Overcoming childhood trauma
Giving yourself grace while overcoming
Overcoming suicidal thoughts
God’s unwavering faith
Helpful Scriptures
"Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7
“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” - 2 Timothy 1:7

About LaToya D:
LaToya D. Newton is a quintessential Bronx girl, who is a healthy mix of Cardi B and Lena James, if you know you know. As the host of her own podcast The Analog Girl, LaToya shares her experiences with anxiety and her journey through recovery to emotional wellness. When LaToya is not raising awareness about anxiety as an advocate, a relaxing day for her is laughing at ridiculous memes on Instagram or watching episodes of 'A Different World'.
