In Episode 2, we talked about daring greatly and taking risks.  In Episode 3, we'll dive into how we can intentionally create environments where others feel safe being vulnerable and taking risks.  We have an opportunity to connect, serve, and truly collaborate with others for the benefit of our students.  As you listen, reflect on how you show up for the teams you serve.  How can you build trust within those teams?  How can you move from coordination to collaboration?
