Today's guest is Angel Anela who grew up in the Bahamas but currently living in Rhode Island, USA. Angel was pescatarian/vegetarian for 20 years and now has been vegan for 3 years. She loves raw vegan food, The Arts, travel, yoga, sipping tea, walking in parks and socializing.
