1. Pray together every day for the next seven days.

2. Practice adding kindness to your fault- finding statements this week

3. Avoid broad negative statements that exaggerate the seriousness of a situation and totally undermine your spouse’s efforts

4. Assess your motive. ( a. Do you act out of genuine concern or b. are your words and actions designed to hurt and belittle your spouse?
