Kate offered wisdom on navigating the identity shifts of motherhood, the importance of rest and nourishment, and how reconnecting with the body is essential for healing and balance.
What stood out most was the reminder that our intuition is a powerful guide. We talked about the need for women to advocate for their wellbeing, seek out community support, and trust the quiet knowing within.
