She is a seasoned sensory professional with over 30 years’ experience in the food industry; with the last 20 focused in Sensory Science. Julia has held sensory roles in CPG companies such as Wrigley and Diageo as well as on the supplier side with Product Dynamics (currently Brisan Group).
