Amy and Andrew are two of X.ai's AI schedulers. They're trained by humans to respond in a more personalised way than the average AI bot–so when you email them, they'll reply with an appropriate response that seems like it was written by a human assistant. They used real data from real people who interacted with the tool to train their assistants: user’s questions and answers are used as training material for Amy and Andrew's algorithms. AI can make our lives easier by taking care of mundane tasks like meeting scheduling. It's good at scheduling meetings because it can do it faster than humans, more accurately than humans, and more efficiently than humans.
