A new episode awaits you on AEO! On this episode, I am joined by the owners of a recently opened restaurant in Pune, The Verandah – Indrajit and Ranjit Mehendale. Notably, despite not having any formal education in hotel management, they are ambitiously running the place, Together, we discuss about their origin journey, love for food and nature, some of the hardships and lessons that they learnt over the course of the pandemic in the food and beverage industry. Amongst other things, they also emphasize on how important it is to embrace your roots and not be carried away by any form of success coming your way.
