Stage and screen actor Justiin Davis joins us on the show this week to talk all about his latest role in the new Off-Broadway play “Patience”, where he plays Daniel, a professional Solitaire player who is ready to retire and live a picture-perfect life with his husband-to-be Jordan. He’s just got one final, career-defining match to make his way through.

Justiin’s television credits include recurring roles on “Boardwalk Empire”, “The Equalizer”, “The Politician”, and most recently Prime Video’s “The Boys”. Justiin talks with us about some of the most eye-opening experiences of the rehearsal process so far, how he is avoiding a “microwaveable career” and instead aspires for a “Sunday roast” type of career, and some of his biggest aspirations as an actor.

“Patience” officially opens August 3rd in New York City at Second Stage’s Uptown McGinn/Cazale Theatre, through August 28th.
