"Get ready for another cooking adventure. This time: Zucchini Bread Presented by Heidi.
If you cook along, you need the following:

3 eggs
2 Cups of sugar
1 Cup of vegetable oil
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 Cups of zucchini (Grated)
2 Cups of flour (Sifted)
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 Cup of chopped walnuts (Optional)
