Welcome back to the Abundant + Aligned podcast! Recently I went live on Instagram to help you figure out if your mindset is the reason why you aren't seeing your desired growth in business. Because here is the thing, every day you are having thoughts about your business and your success (for example, I didn’t sign up another client yesterday, my business isn’t growing, I’m broke, I can’t afford that). Those thoughts are then creating an emotion (anxiety, fear, worry, feelings of lack).
