Brooks and I have known each other for about half our lives.Always a friend, always present in varying degrees of proximity, he has lived a life quite distinct from most of our peers growing up.As the title claims, even in the last few years of school, rocked by a near-death experience, a truly 'adult' relationship, the offshoots of divorce and plenty more, I always felt Brooks 'grew up' quicker than the rest of us.It was an absolute pleasure to hear his story laid bare and the sheer quantity of wisdom pearls ready for harvest truly shocked me!Thanks again Brooks!Enjoy:)
