“All of humanity’s problems stem from man’s inability to sit quietly in a room alone.” Blaise Pascal wrote this in the 17th century and in the 21st century it still rings true. Solitude is therefore the solution, the medicine, the antidote to a lot of issues both personal, emotional, mental, spiritual and social that plague humanity today.

My hope is that everyone listening carves out time in their life for solitude, because if we have the antidote, why are we allowing ourselves to still be poisoned by NOISE?
