As we discuss the topic of trust, it is a matter of faith over fear. When you have been betrayed or hurt we need discerment to know when and if we can trust this person again. If we choose that, and we do want to build trust in a relationship again then there has to be a mutual understanding between two parties for trust to grow. If that understanding is there then we can break the bands that hold us hostage. We can use the power of discernment the Holy Ghost of when or what things we can do or what boundaries need to be set for trust to be re-built. Most often then not babysteps need to be made to go on this journey and that is how trust is built.
