Our kids earned a trip to Florida for reading a certain amount of pages in the summer and I am so grateful they did. Often times I think it’s easier to say something and not follow through, but I am so happy we followed through on this because keeping a commitment is so important even sometimes more important than the vacation. Also remember that we are disciples of Jesus Christ at all times and in all things and in all places. We don’t change our values or the way we act just because we are on vacation. A Higher Joy
