Episode Synopsis "Baiting the hook to suit the fish"
The last time we went over the previous section of the book where we discussed the craving of importance, the want to be appreciated, the feeling of the we are contributing. In this next section we go over situations of where salesmen would go and only focus on what he wanted, and that is to make the sale. Rather than to focus on what good salesmen do which is to focus on what do the consumers want. People want to feel like they are buying something, as opposed to being sold something.
