Coach Steven Gholar is a Professional Athletic Performance Trainer that has worked with countless athletes over the years at all levels. The past few years he has enjoyed working with many athletes from Rio Hondo Prep and is impressed with their character, work ethic, and perseverance. The Rio kids he has trained with has made him a huge fan of the program, and he wants to continue the relationship going forward. Coach Gholar was a former Boys Christian League member in the 1970s and his children played in Kare Youth League not too long ago. Rio Hondo is up against the odds once again this Friday in the Championship Game but tonight will give some insight as to their constant preparation for another intense battle. Happy Thanksgiving!
