Rio Hondo Prep improved to 12-0 with a dominating shutout win over the Troy Warriors in the Division 5 Quarterfinals. Throughout a steady downpour of rain at Arroyo High School in El Monte, the Kares came out on fire and never looked back. Noah Penunuri ran wild early and often while scoring all 4 Touchdowns for Rio. Head Coach Mark Carson recaps the huge 28-0 win for his program and shares his excitement for a 3rd consecutive trip to the Semifinals.
