Why do our schools need to be great places to work? I fell in love with Sandi Herrera’s message when I saw her deliver her TEDx Talk about 4 years or so ago in gorgeous Downtown Las Vegas. Always wanting to be a part of something bigger than herself, Sandi is determined to help schools create happy cultures. Culture and workplace coaching. Schools to be central hubs of positivity.
