Eugene School District 4J and Lane Arts Council have had a partnership for years, but it is stronger now than ever. Superintendent Dey, Ben Minnis, Lane Arts Education Coordinator and artist in residence Andrea Dipalma Yansane share how students and staff benefit from the partnership, and how the relationship with 4J works. This is part one of a two-part series focusing on the value of arts education.
