This month, we are celebrating FIVE years of 3 in 30. I can hardly believe it!
Maybe this will come as no surprise, but to celebrate our big birthday milestone, today I am re-airing the very first episode of 3 in 30, the introductory episode where I introduced myself and the “why” behind my podcast. In the podcast I mention that I've been learning how to love--to love my children and myself more fully.

So that phrase is going to be the theme of this week of mini-episodes. Each day I will be share one takeaway from a throw-back episode that helped me to learn how to love.
