Listen "Are you looking up to the wrong people?"
Episode Synopsis
When I look back at my life, I gave people way too much credit, specially successful ones. Growing up I assumed people who were rich, popular or had things going for them knew what they were doing, had it figured out, or were rational actually thought things through. What I realized is most people are not rational and don’t have it figured out, and I gave them too much credit. As a result I allowed myself to feel lower than them and held back my success. A part of my brain would always go, well I don’t have that so I don’t it figured out like them, so I won’t do better them, and would sabotage my progress, when the reality was I was far ahead but didn’t give myself credit for it. You’re likely much further along than the people you give credit to. For more, check out Kamknight.com
