Do you overpack or travel lite?  Sandy likes to travel lite and Amy is an over packer.  One time Amy got challenged to write an article about how to pack lite for a trip.  She decided to do it as an actual experiment and documented her packing and traveling for a week with only a carry on.  She learned a little about herself and what is really needed to enjoy a vacation.  Sandy on the other hand has done a trip with just a string backpack.  What was she trying to prove??
