Why do we feel so inclined to parent under The Life Script Model?  What does stepping outside the life script look like?

The concept was introduced to us when listening to a Kate Bowler “Everything Happens” podcast. She talked about it from the perspective of a cancer patient and facing death. The Life Script Model resonated with us as individuals and as a parents.
