In this episode we are joined by Sarah Lloyd from SL Interiors, now 21 years old who started out first investing in her own property education and going on to work with investors to build a portfolio of single lets. We discuss how she managed to get finance, structure deals and work with agents without any experience or funds of her own. Today she has set up her own business in interior design specialising in CGIs (Computer Generated Images) for developers on new build, HMO and Serviced Accommodation projects. A really inspirational story to end the year!
