The ultimate pursuit in life is love. How do you pursue self-love? You hear it all the time, self-love is the best love, so what does that look like to walk it out daily. It starts with accepting yourself where you are, with what you have, on the journey right now. Adopting a belief system about yourself that you are valuable and you matter. This week, we talk about a few other standards of self-love:- Engage in healthy self-talk. How you treat yourself or talk to yourself can manifest in how people treat you. Teaching people how to treat you starts with YOU learning to love yourself.- The highest affirmation you will ever receive is self-affirmation. Are you in the habit of making statements of truth about yourself? If not, implement the habit of showing up for yourself with your words.- Let go of what was and leave room to grow.
