I just qualified as a Mental Heath First Aider and it got me thinking that even though I've completed the training, the real learning begins when I implement - the same as when I passed my coaching qualification and when we do things like passing our driving test.
There's a lot going on for me at the moment and it's really feeling like a new beginning for me in lots of ways.
