Episode Synopsis
In this episode of #Talks4Change, our new host and YAAB Program Coordinator Kat Penno speaks to Curtin graduate Ziad Zammar, a co-founder and creator of The Hummus Club in Perth. Ziad studied engineering at Curtin but his career has taken a very different path. Ziad’s passion for food, people and networking, lead him and his co-founder to explore and modernise Middle Eastern food and perceptions. The Hummus Club encapsulates and expresses a modern, fresh take on the Middle East and its food, culture and how we view it in the Western World.
