I’ve re-recorded today’s podcast episode 3 times.Not because I wanted it to be perfect….I’m a 'one and done' kind of person when it comes to creating content because I find that this allows me to tap into my intuition and share from the heart.But this podcast threw me for a loop because each time I recorded it, I found that the message wasn’t quite right.Even as I re-listen to it now, I’m not quite sure if it effectively communicates the massive impact that this topic has on our businesses and lives.But, as they say, third time is the charm…so we’ll roll with it as is, and I’ll continue to elaborate on this topic and explore all it’s intricacies in the future.As you may have noticed (or perhaps you didn’t), I’ve taken a bit of a break from creating content.I needed the space.The quiet.The permission to be quiet myself.I’ve been feeling the need for this space for awhile (and by awhile I mean at least the past two years), but this year I turned 40, and it was like, bam, this calling for the space and the quiet could no longer be ignored.So reluctantly (being unproductive, is laziness, right?!) I gave myself permission to stop creating, stop consuming other people’s content, and start chilling.It’s been an interesting 6 months. A challenging 6 months. And a transformational 6 months.Not transformational in a loud way….like my business and life will be unrecognizable from now on.But transformation in a quiet way…like my business and life will feel different from now on.And yes, this matters more than anything else when it comes to true success and fulfillment.I talk about my insights and how this is impacting my business and life in this week’s podcast.I’d love to hear your thoughts on the podcast.
