The uncomfortable is uncomfortable. When it shows up, we immediately want to resist. We want to run and hide from it. And by not acknowledging what is has come to teach us, we cause more suffering with in our being. The uncomfortable becomes louder and louder and hurts more and more the longer we postpone the healing. When we learn and make the conscious choice to ease in to that space of uncomfortable expression and befriend it, honor it, acknowledge it, we see it just is here as a form of love and highest growth. It's a gift. Of the highest order. May you have the courage to make peace with your pieces.
