The ancient wisdom of Ayurveda teaches that nature is made up of five states: earth, water, fire, air and ether, and that different combinations of these form the doshas, Kapha, Pitta and Vata. You may have heard that each one of us has a particular type, made up of these doshas, but did you know that the doshas also govern different times of day? In this episode, we look at the Ayurvedic clock and how we might optimise our energy and wellbeing by aligning with these times.
