The partnership sees Niantic integrate its Lightship Visual Positioning System (VPS) — a service for designing and distributing location-based AR content — into Snapdragon to optimize immersive content distribution. The firm will fully integrate its AR software development kit (SDK) onto Qualcomm Technologies’ Snapdragon Spaces platform in 2023.Google is running a secret project to develop a neural network-based code generator that will be able to build, fix, and update code independently. According to reports, the code generator project codenamed Pitchfork originated from Alphabet’s X research division. It is still unknown at what stage the development of the Google code generator is.After messing up the first launch of Twitter’s “power to the people” verification system, Elon Musk said that the social network will tentatively roll out a new multicolored verification system next week. Musk added that the company aims to manually authenticate all verifications before the new verification system goes live.
