In this episode, Caroline is joined by Naomi Moran, CEO of the National Indigenous Newspaper, the Koori Mail. Naomi is a proud Bundjalung and Djangadi woman. Generations of her family have lived on Cabbage Tree Island in Yangaboar country, and she also has strong roots in Kempsey country.  She started her career in black media, where at the age of 14 she made the decision to leave school and begin a traineeship at the Koori Mail in 1988.
