After weeks of buzzing, the Substation finally announced their decision to close permanently after 30 years of being a mainstay in the SG arts scene. Some people are sad, some people are angry and some people are pissed at the National Arts Council. Why? Elsewhere, spin cycle instructors have responded to news that 2 women were hospitalised with a potentially fatal muscle breakdown after class. But who’s to blame?
