Some of the brightest minds in computer vision and graphics have dedicated their careers to solving this problem of photorealistic 3D capture. Now, advances in neural rendering, deep learning, and compute have finally brought this dream within our reach.   Karan Ganesan is the founding member at Luma AI, he is an eclectic person interested in technologies of the future, an experience-focused engineer and prototyper. He joins Luma from Flipkart where he worked on various 3D and Augmented Reality features across the Flipkart ecosystem like Try Ons, View In Your Room experiences, and 3D-first visualization. he actively participates in meetups and hackathons, and publishes a bi-weekly XR newsletter called Reality Bites.
