A good measurement of the outcome – Without a metric of our own system, there is no way to know if we are succeeding.4. Application – A good system answers the question: “What now?”a. Where can I use this?b. When can I use this?c. Who needs to know this?5. Promote consistency – A good system should predict the outcome reliably.
