This is a very first exploration and improvisation on this beautiful instrument I got some weeks ago, made by Roman Elisariev, from Steel Monkey Sound Sculptures, based in Russia.
The scale is C# 3 Maya 11:
C# 3 / F3 Bb3 (G# 3) C4 C# 4 (E4) F4 G4 G# 4 C2
It's a field recording, shot last month, with birds and a bit of wind.
Even if I cleaned the sound and added several elements (to create an even more natural soundscape with a specially synchronized ending), there're still some wind noise and tiny artifacts here or there, sorry for that but I felt it was nice to share, so I made also some video editing to invite you on a journey...
