A Dearborn Heights elementary school is the latest to have cases of Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease (HFMD). Pardee Elementary closed for a day this week so the school could be disinfected and deep cleaned.

DMC pediatrician Tiffney Widner says the best way to keep kids healthy is to teach good hygiene practices. She spoke with WWJ's Amanda Forrester about what parents need to know about this viral infection.
