In this week's episode, I will share the crazy (little scary) story from the Aberystwyth beach a while back, and offer you my thoughts regarding the importance of being responsible for ourselves first. We will discuss the difference between playful silliness and dangerous stupidity, and consider how our actions can, and do, affect those around us, especially when we are cared for. As I am about to depart to Kuwait on my next job adventure, I want to offer you this episode filled with mindful ponderance and reason, hoping that whatever you may want to do next, you will first consider the consequences with unwavering courage, if such is what you need.
