Stop Solitary CT will be holding a press conference TOMORROW, September 30, 2024, at 9am at the Legislative Office Building - Room 1-B (300 Capitol Avenue in Hartford). This press conference will be addressing ongoing violations of the PROTECT Act, prison reform legislation which Stop Solitary CT led the fight to get passed.
