THE ANOINTING 
The anointing is not based on man's ability but is based on God's ability. 
The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed, (Luke 4:18 ESV) 
The anointing flows in God's timing – We who are in the hand of the Lord must bring God’s love to all those who have given up hope and are desperate for Him You have loved righteousness and hated wickedness; therefore God, your God, has anointed you with the oil of gladness beyond your companions. (Hebrews 1:9 ESV) 
But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us. (II Corinthians 4:7 NKJV)
