Brett Parker is Property Director for Gail's Bakery and his focus is on the property strategy and fit out of the bakeries. With a background in Property and a doctorate in AI, Brett has worked with Gail's to steadily grow and open more bakeries nationwide. Brett's insight into the how Gail's select and design their bakeries is fascinating and shares wonderful anecdotes about the brand.
