Roderick Miller is Head of Workplace Operations and Experience at UKTV. His role is to make sure the workplace supports the UKTV team and provides them with a network of resources for their diverse job roles. Roderick brings a people-first approach to his role and is constantly seeking ways to create better environments that will enrich the people using them. Having learnt his trade as a workplace leader at companies like MADE.com and Paramount before UKTV, Roderick has built a strong track record of working within fast-paced energetic workplaces. His episode is inspired by his approach to his daily role which is focused on people.
