After a long and remarkable career -and by remarkable I mean working with the best of the best in the industry: none other than Zaha Hadid and Norman Foster - Mattia and Francesca decided to open up their own Architecture studio - right at the start of the Covid pandemic and took the time to come chat with us.  Among the different topics they talked a bout, the Stamp Duty Holiday scheme came up. They give us their views and tell us how it has worked for them. But is it really doing any good? Do you really end up paying less when you buy a property?
