James Evans founded the Nashville-based nonprofit, Benchmark Adventure Ministries (www.benchmark.org), because of his passion to use outdoor adventure to foster experiential learning. James designs adventure programs that are specifically tailored for different teams and uses his programs to enhance building teamwork and resilience, and to generate self assessment.
